Yes. You can reserve a luxury rental car in advance from the House of Luxury Car Rental by contacting one of our sales representatives.

help CAN I MODIFY / CANCEL MY RESERVATION? chevron_right

You can modify or cancel your existing reservation by contacting our customer care representative. Please note that any modifications or cancellations by the customer will have to be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking time. Additional charges may occur for any cancellations or modifications by the customer within 48 hours prior to the booking.

help DO LATE-RETURN FEES APPLY? chevron_right

Vehicles are rented on a daily (24-hour) basis. There is 1 hour (60 minutes) grace period for returns. After 1-hour, hourly car rate charges apply. After 3 hours (180 minutes) late, full-day charges apply. There is no grace period for rental fees, surcharges, and optional equipment or protection charges. Full-day late charges will apply for these items.

Yes. You may change the car rental pickup location by contacting our customer care representatives 3-6 hours in advance.

help MAY I EXTEND MY RENTAL BEYOND THE ORIGINAL RETURN DATE? chevron_right

It depends on the situation. If your rental car has a future booking, you won’t be able to extend. However, you may be able to exchange your rental car with any other model available. If you’re exchanging with a lower or higher range, the rental rates will be adjusted accordingly. If your premium rental car is available, then you’re welcome to extend it by contacting our customer care representative or sales department.

help WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR? DO YOU OFFER ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE? chevron_right

Before you start driving, take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the vehicle’s equipment and operation, including heat and a/c, radio, lights, windshield wipers, spare tire, seat belts and door locks, and gas tank access. Getting distracted trying to figure out those things while driving can be dangerous. Don’t wait until the fuel warning light goes on to think about buying gas, especially if you don’t know how far it is between gas stations. If you have any problems with our rental car, you may contact our customer support department. If there are minor issues that can be fixed on the spot, we will send our operations team for assistance. If, in the unlikely event that your car malfunctions, contact us for assistance or a car replacement. Do not leave your vehicle. Wait in the car for service or police to arrive.

help WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I’M INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT, OR THE CAR IS DAMAGED DURING MY RENTAL? chevron_right

If you have an accident, do not leave the scene of the accident. Contact the police. If no one was hurt and vehicle damage is minor, drivers are recommended to move their vehicles to the side of the road to avoid blocking traffic. Otherwise, the vehicles should not be moved. Obtain the report from the police and submit it to the company.

help ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS? chevron_right

Clients are required to be in possession of a valid driving license for a period of at least one year. Drivers' minimum age limit is 21 years, and the maximum age limit is 65 years.
